Is JobPilot only for plumbers?
No. It works for any small UK trade — plumbing, electrical, fencing, roofing, building, landscaping, cleaning, locksmith, kitchens, bathrooms, driveways and dozens more, plus multi-trade teams.
Does JobPilot send WhatsApp replies automatically?
No. In v1 every customer reply and quote stays as a draft until an authorised user approves it.
What about gas or electrical emergencies?
Emergency keyword detection flags urgent messages. JobPilot never gives regulated safety advice beyond the official National Gas Emergency warning when relevant.
Can field staff use it on phones?
The field view is mobile-first with large tap targets and offline-friendly job updates.
Do you replace Xero or QuickBooks?
