By creating a JobPilot account you agree to these terms. JobPilot provides AI-assisted operations software for trade businesses. It does not provide regulated gas-safety advice, legal advice or accounting services.
Acceptable use
- You must have lawful grounds to process customer personal data.
- You must obtain documented WhatsApp opt-in before proactive template reminders.
- You remain responsible for reviewing AI drafts before sending.
Subscriptions
Plans renew monthly or annually via Stripe unless cancelled. Trials include Pro features for 14 days. Usage limits for AI enquiries and seats apply per plan.
Liability
JobPilot is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from unverified AI output, customer non-payment, or emergency situations requiring National Gas Emergency Service attendance.
